Trying to learn what applies to rims for Toyota Previa / Tarago. Come along...
Toyota Previa 1990 - 2000
PCD: 5x114,3
Center Bore: 60,1
Offset: 50 ( ET50 )
Mounting: Nut/Lug 12x1,50
Stock tires for the Previa is 215/65/R15.
From forums:
Any wheel with bolt pattern: 5 x 114.3 (or 4.5") offset of +40 will probably fit (as I said, found this on the Internet, check the accuracy your self!)
I have gathered some of the info I´ve came across on the Internet.
"It looks like the pattern is 5x114.5, offset is 35...38 (what are the two #'s for ?), c-bore is 60 (I'm assuming that is the size of the center hole). 1991+Camry, 1991+ MR2, RAV4, 1992+ Supra all had this wheel. The Lexus's have 5 x 114.3, 35...42, 60.0 and those have been used successfully with the Previa. The Maxima, 2oosx, and 300zx have has 5x114.3, 35...42, 66 and those fit." -k2rick, http://www.toyotanation.com/forum/85-previa-forum/344981-what-kind-wheels-tires-fit-previa.html

Mazda speed6 wheels, 18x8. Mazda 6 MPS (Europe)
The center bore (67,1 on Mazda, 6 MPS 2006-2008) is a little bigger than the Previa 60,1 . Offset the same ET50. You need Hubcentric rings to make it fit good. |
 |
| When bigger center bore for the after market rims use this hubcentric rings. |
"225/40/18 on my 1995 all-trac. Looked small in the wheelwell. Speedo was reading too high.
could go 225/50/18 as well."
55 is to high, 50 seems to work without modification.
"My 225/55/17 on Lexus 5 spoke alloys. The only thing I had to do was to put a little dent into the front struts with a hammer, just where the tread rubbed."

"here's my setup:
- I have staggered wheel setup, 17x8 +30 offset fronts... and 17x9 +38 offset rears
- I have 225/45/17 front tires and 245/45/17 rear tires
- I have no rubbing issue of any kind. I loaded the van with 7 full-grown adults and a luggage full compartment, and still had 2" height clearance from the fender
- If you look at the link in my signature you'll get an idea of what it looks like.
- If you look closely, you will see that my wheels stick out a bit.
- Common alloy wheels have 7" width, for example, if you get a 17" wheel with a 7" width, and a +40 offset, it won't stick out and it won't rub on the inside" - psycho_Previa, http://www.toyotanation.com/forum/85-previa-forum/344981-what-kind-wheels-tires-fit-previa.html
